Stop waiting for motivation

Most advice fails because it relies on feeling good. The Second Motive provides a structured, psychological framework to turn resistance, fear, and guilt into consistent action

Hi, I’m Moutaz

I am the author of the book The Second Motive, a new technique that will help you get out of the rut. I do not offer feel-good motivation or sugarcoated advice. I use psychology and real-world mechanics to explain why people stay stuck.

If you are waiting for inspiration, you are wasting time. You are likely ignoring the strongest catalyst available to you: discomfort. My work focuses on self-awareness and accountability. I provide frameworks that force you to stop avoiding internal friction, analyze your behavioral patterns, and execute regardless of how you feel.

Work With Me

  • A speaker stands on a stage addressing a large audience in a spacious conference hall. Large screens display a presentation titled 'O novo significado do Trabalho e o futuro da Gestão', with the speaker's name 'Alexandre Pellaes' and social media icons visible.

    Public Speaking

I speak about what drives people to act when motivation fails. Through real experiences, psychology, and a close look at human behavior, I explore how guilt, fear, and resistance can be turned into action. Whether it’s a podcast, a TED-style talk, or a live audience, I bring conversations that push people to think differently, end the cycle, and find purpose behind their actions.

    Diversity & Inclusion Corporate Workshop

Teams struggle with diversity because individuals do not understand their own psychological patterns. You cannot mandate empathy. My workshops bridge the gap between individual self-awareness and corporate team dynamics. I teach employees how to identify their internal biases and resistance to difference. The result is higher team cohesion, reduced interpersonal friction, and a workplace culture built on objective communication rather than reactive emotion.
